| The Bell & Dragon or 'Bel and the Dragon' is an excellent 14th
Century wattle & daub inn serving a wonderful menu, excellent cask ales and good
wines. Some prefer the inn before it was refurbished to form a few small rooms that open
up into a large open plan dining area but the warm welcome and quality service can't be
faulted. Gone are the copper topped tables, replaced by rustic timber ones - there still
remains an Old English feel. |

Excellent inn originally called the 'Papal Bull' but known now as
the 'Bull at Bisham'. Dating back to 1250 when the Stonemason building the village church
occupied the building, the Bull now serves superb food which has a strong French /
continental bias. The service is excellent as is the wine list and beer quality. Located
just a few yards from Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre. |

garden in the summer is always busy. Well kept ales and a fair choice of wines make the
Crown one of the many good establishments around Bray worth visiting. |

Monkey Island Hotel is as amazing as it's name suggests. Acquired
by Charles Spencer in 1773 and boasting former Kings of England as customers, the hotel is
a perfect venue for wedding parties. Situated on an island in the middle of the Thames,
the only access is via a picturesque footbridge or by boat. Not a venue for real ale
lovers but more of a destination for a relaxing stay accompanied by excellent food. |
