| Crask
Cottage, Lairg, Highlands , IV27 4AB Tel: 01549 411241 |
|
19th Century travellers' inn located on the A836 and surrounded by - Nothing ! The Crask is as remote an inn as you'll find but the welcome is as warm as you'll find anywhere. Not much in the way of a bar and no TV but then wild magnificent Scottish countryside is a plenty. You may even get invited to see the new litter of collie puppies or feed a new born lamb. The Crask Inn may be basic and it may be the only place for miles but it's worth calling in regardless and if you wish to see the most spectacular of night sky with no light pollution, then this is the place to stay. |
